Clearly State Which Vendors Are And Aren’t Going Through PMTA


The website VapePMTA has a good idea of who is and isn’t going through PMTA. However, we must remind you that this isn’t a final list, but rather updates on who has submitted their PMTA applications. While you don’t need to update this list daily for your customers, you can always point them to this website so they can check out what brands are going through the PMTA process and which brands are potentially going out of business. Some brands have only sent certain products through the PMTA process, so make sure your customers know that as well.


Offer Alternatives


Let’s say a brand your customers really love isn’t going through PMTA. Try to search for alternatives most similar to the discontinued product. For example, if the brand is known for dessert flavors, point them to the many similar dessert flavors still available. Continue To Take Action


Just because PMTA has passed doesn’t mean you should stop taking action. It is very important that you continue to fight for access to flavors.
